Andrew Lessman's VITAMIN K2 MK-7 60 provides the most active and beneficial form of Vitamin K-2, Menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Vitamin K2 MK-7 is now recognized as essential for bone and heart health through its role in regulating Calcium metabolism. The “K” in Vitamin K2 MK-7's name stems from the role of Vitamin K-1 in blood clotting, since it was discovered in Germany where “Koagulation” is spelled with a K. Vitamin K2 MK-7's unique importance instead relates to its scientifically established central role in calcium utilization and thus bone, heart and cardiovascular health. Essentially, Vitamin K2 MK-7 promotes the retention of calcium in healthy bone while discouraging its being deposited in other tissues causing undesirable calcification of arteries, heart valves, etc. By discouraging calcification, Vitamin K2 MK-7 promotes flexible, resilient arteries and heart valves, which is a defining characteristic of cardiovascular health. In short, Vitamin K2 MK-7 acts like a “traffic cop” directing calcium to the vital tissues where it is required while keeping it out of those where it is not desired. Miracle vitamin!!!

Recently a friend had to have a pacemaker as it seemed calcium deposited on his arteries and heart valves. When I found out I remembered what Andrew said about K2 MK-7 and as I had it but was not taken it regularly I started taking it religiously together with my husband and 95 year mother. And surprise, surprise, my skin improved dramatically, my enlarged pores shrunk, my age spots started fading and a resistant to medication of all kinds 1/2 inch diameter scalp wort of my mother peeled off and normal skin showed on after no more then 10 days of one capsule a day.

Excellent

All I know is I started taking this with my vitamind 5000 and my feet are better. I had bone spurs very bad. I had shots in my feet for two years, physical therapy, incerts, you name it, I did it. After I took this for a while now I can even walk bare feet again in my house. I hate shoes. I am a person of prayer also but I take a lot of these products. I find they work very well. I haven't had any kidney stones either. That is something I have had in the past. If you take d you need this one or if you have bone spurs anywhere.

I can smell again!!! It's a miracle!

I have Celiac's Disease which causes you to not absorb nutrients. I have been gluten free for 4 years but still battled many issues from being undiagnosed for decades. One of the big deficiencies found in Celiac's is vitamin D, which is known to be one of the causes of loss of the sense of smell. I have not been able to smell a single thing for years and years. I used to be quite the gourmet cook, but not being able to taste food very well left me unenthusiastic about cooking. I have almost set the house on fire several times because I couldn't smell the smoke. Had a gas leak in the house, couldn't tell, not good.I have been to doctors, specialists, naturopaths, nobody could crack this problem. The last time I had a blood test, the doc informed me that my vitamin D level was on the low side, which was curious as I do take about 3,000 IU a day. And this was about the time Andrew had the special on Essential 1 and vitamin K2. Well, I have learned that K helps you ABSORB vitamin D !!! As soon as I started taking the K, within a few days I started getting little whiffs of smells and now I can COMPLETELY SMELL AGAIN. It is a miracle that brings tears to my eyes with gratitude.
